Where the bladder is, in 3D
The bladder is the pouch that stores urine. It belongs to the urinary system. It sits just behind the pubic symphysis and has a muscular wall. Empty, it sits within the pelvis, and as it fills it rises upward. The two ureters open and the urethra leaves at the trigone in its floor.
